Bistro

Enjoy a smorgasbord, bistro and grill style foods throughout the week. There’s something for everyone with our range of menus from lunch through to dessert.

Join family, friends and members of the community at the New Plymouth Club. Enjoy a range of entertainment, participate in games and activities or stop by to share a meal and a cold beverage. Our members can enjoy stunning views of the Tasman and New Plymouth Coastline from our seaside location. We invite current members and encourage new members to enjoy everything the New Plymouth Club has to offer.

    8-Ball

    The location offers better lighting and integration on the main floor. New members most welcome. Club nights are Monday with names in by 6.45pm.

     

    Eight Ball is a call shot game played with a cue ball and fifteen object balls, numbered 1 through 15. One player must pocket balls of the group numbered 1 through 7 (solid colors), while the other player has 9 thru 15 (stripes).

    Join us for Housie Wednesday from 1pm to 4pm. In the Auditorium otherwise it’s upstairs in the Centennial Room

     

    The game of Housie is similar to American Bingo. While in the United Kingdom it is known as Bingo or Housey Housey, our friends to the south in New Zealand and Australia know the game as Housie

    Euchre or eucre is a trick-taking card game most commonly played with four people in two partnerships with a deck of 24, 28, or sometimes 32, standard playing cards.

    Members meet  – Main Bar at 1.15pm until 3.15pm on Thursdays

     

    a card game, usually for two players, in which the objective is to play so that the pip value of one’s cards played reaches exactly 15 or 31.

    Thursday night 6.30pm Intermediate, 7.00pm Beginners, and 8.30pm Freestyle. No partner required.

     

    Both men and women can develop body coordination with simple party dance and club dance moves that they can use on their own or with a partner of the opposite sex.

     

    Dancing is undoubtedly great for the soul. … moves to some great tunes, whether alone in your bedroom or with a group of friends in a club
